How to cook ukha (fish soup)
Clean the fish, cook the head and tail for half an hour, keep the broth, but the fish isn’t necessary anymore. Should be used only the middle of the back. Chop onion. Grate carrot not very small. Chop the potato, fill in the broth and pour salt and pepper. When it boils, add fish pieces. Cook for about 5min. Onion and carrot can be cooked beforehand. Add laurel leaf, pepper seeds and celery. Leave a bit, that tastes can mix. During serving fill chopped greens in the plate.
