Cook the turkey meat. In the big frying pan warm up the vegetable oil, fry the sliced sausages for about 4-5 min, add celery, onion, squeezed garlic and continue to fry for 2-3min, then put aside. Chop the tomato, cut in long slices or chop the meat. Mix with sausages and vegetables; add also white beans and mix. Put the frying pan on the stove; pour broth, salt, pepper, parsley, a laurel leaf and mix. Let it boil, and then lower the fire and cook for about half an hour.
