How to cook tomato soup with beef
Wash the meat, dry and chop. Slash pig’s fingers, fry in the vegetable oil 3-4min. Chop onion, garlic and fry with fingers for some minutes. Add tomato paste, red minced pepper, mix and leave on lower fire. Add the beef. Fill broth and cook for about 40min. Cut tip of tomatoes slash, also clean the potato, slash and fill in the soup. Add salt, pepper and serve with fresh dill.
