How to cook risotto with mushrooms
Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add rice and fry a minute. Also add vine little by little and when it resolves in the rice, fill little broth and then add again until it cooks. Chop green and onion. Fry mushroom in vegetable oil. When the rice is nearly cooked, add the mushrooms, green, salt and pepper. When the meal is nearly ready, fill cheese, fragrant oil and mix. Sprinkle grated cheese and serve.
