Fill boiled water on crackers and leave it to distend. Strain the wet crackers in. Remove the skin of apple. Refrigerate syrup, pour in bread-puree so that it becomes a mass like sour-cream. Add lemon salt, cinnamon and cream on the soup and serve. Sprinkle raisins and dried plum in the soup.
