How to cook chicken and white bean soup
Fry the onion and garlic in the vegetable oil for about 5min, add sliced chicken meat, then a cup of white beans, pepper and broth. The left cup of beans mash well, mix in a small amount of broth and pour in the soup. Regularly mix as long as it starts to boil, add salt and pepper and cook for 10min. After serving decorate it with sour-cream, grated cheese and coriander leaves.
