How to cook green bean soup
In a large pan heat the vegetable oil. Chop the onion and garlic, fry till it softens. Dice the potato fill in the potato and cook a bit. Add the broth, boil and cook for 5 min. Chop the cucumber, pour in the soup, cook until the potato softens. Pour lettuce in the soup and leave until it softens. Pour the soup into the combine until it becomes cream. If there is no combine, mash the potato with hand-held instrument until it becomes cream, before adding the lettuce and sieve. Cut long sliced beans, add in soup, warm the soup and season.
