How to cook french puree-soup
Firstly roast flour in butter. Add broth, salt, pepper and cook half an hour. Fill in two boilers. In one boiler fill celery puree, and in the other fill potato. Cook 10min. Put another plate in the plate vertically to divide it into two parts. Carefully take off the middle plate. Fill carrot, raw celery and ham in the soup. Serve immediately.
