How to cook cold soup “salsa”
Separate the corn grains. Heat vegetable oil in the pan, fry the cut pepper and add onion. Fill also corn grains, tomato and chili after some minutes. Mix for a minute, add water, after it boils lower the fire and cook for about 4-5min. Fill the cooking soup in the pan and mix with tomato juice. Add salt, pepper and chili pepper. Close the lid and put in the fridge. You can add cold water or ice. Fill in the plate; decorate with green onion and coriander.
