Cook the chicken (you can cook also scrawny pieces, they make the soup tastier). Fill salt and during cooking take off foam with skimmer spoon. Clean the lentil, wash and wet. Then pour water, fill cold water and cook as long, as the lentil beans soften. Chop onion and fry in butter. Remove the boll of pepper, chop and fry with the onion. Fill the chicken and broth on the stewed onion. Add cleaned, chopped potato and squeezed lentil. When the soup is nearly cooked, fill chopped coriander, leave 5min and take. Serve with cracker.
