How to cook borsch
Cook the meat in 3liters water, add black pepper and salt. Cut the beet, roots of parsley, onion in long pieces and chop potato. Fry the beet a bit in oil and add vinegar one spoon. Stew, add little broth, a spoon of sugar and tomato paste. Strain the broth, cut the meat and cook with potato or cabbage 15min. Add the beet, fried vegetable, sweet pepper, spices and cook 15min. Add garlic, chopped fat and boil. After cooking leave 20min. Serve with sour cream and chopped greens.
