How to cook beet cold soup
Scraper the boiled beet. Chop onion. Mix grated beet, a part of onion and matzoon (yogurt), in a deep pan. Whisk the mixture in blender, season with salt, sugar powder and white pepper. Decorate the soup with chopped cucumber, coriander and green onion. Cut the boiled egg in large pieces and decorate the soup.
