How to cook akhoblanco
Wet white dry bread. For easy removal of almond’s skin fill boiled water on it. Remove the skin, Fill a bit garlic and salt with almond and mince with blender. After well mixing add squeezed bread and mix again. Then add vinegar. Add 1.5liters water in the same way, as the vegetable oil. If it becomes mass like sour cream, then serve. Akhoblanco is served with apple, crab, grapes, melon or roasted almonds.
