Mix the dough ingredients and leave to rest. Then knead and get thin layers. Grate the marrow, chop the onion, also grate garlic and fry that in vegetable oil, add soy sauce. Chop the chicken fillet, fry and dice cheese. Also chop basil. Put the dough layers in the pan, then the core layer-by-layer; firstly marrow, then chicken, cheese and basil at the end. Then again the dough, core and so on. At the top should be the dough layer. Decorate with cheese, basil and cook 180 degree oven for about 40min.
