Today we are going to prepare one of Armenian dishes which is called musakhan. A very tasty and interesting sliced pie, the pedestal of which is the first layer: lavash.
How to cook musakhan
Cut chicken meat. Put into the pot with cold water and put on the fire. Make it be half- boiled. Cut onion not into small half-circles, fry with 60 gram of butter until it becomes transparent. Take off the meat from the broth, spice the meat pieces with salt and pepper, mix it and leave it to marinate. Spice fried onion with salt and pepper and immediately take off the fire. Scrape the stove pan with the rest of the butter, spread on it the layer of lavash, scrape on lavash melted butter, place macaroni and spread fried onion, sour cream. Cook into the hot stove until there appears a cover. Decorate with greens while serving.
