Stuffed hen breast
With chicken breast many dishes may be made. Those may be stuffed with different stuffing. In this recipe we shout make pocket and fill it for example spinach. Spinach may be replaced by beetroot, green beans etc.
How to cook stuffed hen breast
IN order to make a sauce fry butter and four a little, take off the fire, add milk and mix until all balls disappear, put on the fire cook it and till it begins to boil spice with white pepper and salt, take off the fire and leave it to cool. Scald spinach, wash up with cold water, mash it well, grate on it 2 tablespoon cheese, add white sauce and mix it well. Make a deep cut into the chicken breast, fill in with spinach mass, fry with butter form both sides until it is golden, remove into the stove pan add cream on it and cook under 1800 temperature for 15 minutes. Add spinach mass on the chicken pieces, add grated cheese on it, replace into the pan until butter melts and be red. Replace the meat on the plate, add cream on the rest of the juice remanded on the pan, heat and serve with stuffed breast.
