How to cook veal ossobuko
Put the meat pieces in the plat and fill salt and pepper. Mince carrot, celery, onion and clove of garlic. Fry in vegetable oil or in butter, add the meat. Fry the meat in two sides. Fill vine, wait to steam, add broth, tomatoes and put in the oven. Close the lid. Cook for about an hour and half. Sometimes fill the juice on the meat with spoon. Fill the ossobuko in the serving plate and add the cooked sauce on it. When you want to serve already, season it with half lemon peel and chopped parsley. Serve with risotto.
