How to cook tzhvzhik
Cut beef liver into the hot water, then in a minute put into the cold water, remove the cover and cut not into small pieces. Cut onion into circles, fry with olive oils until it is transparent, add cut liver, fry it while cooking on the high volume fire, spice with salt and pepper, then put on the lid and cook for 7-8minutes. Grate tomato, add ajika on the received mass and put this mass on the tzhvzhik and cook for 2-3 minutes. While serving decorate it with a few leaves of parsley.
