How to cook tkhemali with beef
Chop beef, wash, fill salt, put in warm pan and fry in all sides. Then remove to pot, fill the remaining oil from frying on it, few tablespoons water and cook with closed lid until softens. In the end add ring-shaped onion which should be stewed in tkhemali water beforehand. Before taking it from fire add chopped dill, coriander, pounded pepper seeds and mix.
