How to cook tajikian cuisine
Chop meat, fry and redden. Add chopped onion and fry again for about 5-7min. Then fill water, add diced carrot, salt and pepper. Clean and wash rice, fill in the pan. After boiling close the lid and cook on lower fire. Serve with chopped coriander. You can fill peas in the Shalva , if the rice is little.
