How to cook pork with core
Divide the meat into flat pieces. Cut the meat pieces in one side, but not until the end. Fill little grated cheese and pineapple in the opened pocket. Whisk the egg and fill salt. Imbrue the meat in the egg, then in the bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil, redden, then close the lid and cook until the meat gets ready. Serve hot.
