Wash meat, dry and cut horizontally dividing into 0.8 cm layers. Beat each layer, season with salt and pepper, leave 30min. Clean onion, cut in half-rounds, grate cheese and chop tomatoes as rings. Wash mushrooms and slice. Fill vegetable oil in the pan, put meat pieces, fill onion on it and then the mushroom. Put tomato on mushroom, fill salt and cheese. Finally fill mayonnaise on it and put in the oven that is heated to 180 C beforehand and cook 25min.
