Hot appetizer with meat
The dishes which may be served both in hot and cold condition are very suitable. The part which will remain after dinner, may be cold appetizer for supper or breakfast.
How to cook hot appetizer with meat
Cut onion into small pieces, fry with butter until it become transparent, add small cut pepper, garlic, fry for 12 minutes, take off the fire, leave it to cool. Put the minces meat into the pot, add yolk, small cut smoked sausage, spice with salt and pepper, add on the cool fried onion mix it well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper on the egg proteins, mix it until there appears solid foam. Spread a big sheet of foil under the stove pan, scrape olive oil. Put mixed proteins into the meat mass, mix it well so as there appears babbles and remain there. Put the stuffing part into the cylinders, bring forward the edges of the foil. Put the cylinder into beforehand heated stove under 2000 temperature and leave there for 40 minutes, then bring to the back the edges of the foil, sprinkle grated cheese and again put into the stove until cheese becomes pink. Take off the appetizer from the stove, leave it to cool a little, remove the foil and cut.
