Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil. Immediately add spices and fry a minute. Fill the meat on the onion and fry until the liquid parches. Constantly mix, so that the meat doesn’t become balls. In the end add small chopped parsley. Dice the tomato, remove the tips and seeds beforehand, and leave only walls. Scrape oil on the surface of pan and fill the fried meat. Flatten with spoon, fill tomatoes and tahini paste. Heat the oven to 180 C and put for about 20min. The Tahini should change its color, but it doesn’t redden.
