Cut apple into circles with 1 sm of thickness, remove seeds with the edge of the knife. Remove bay leaves from the fried onion, place liver pieces on the pan, apple slices, put a piece of butter, boil a little water, turn off the fire and stew for 5-7 minutes until apples are soft but don’t let them lose their shape. Cut green onion and dill into small pieces. Remove liver pieces on the serving plate, add on it fried onion, put a slice of apple, add the received sauce, sprinkle green and black pepper.
