Stuffed half hemispheres
Today we offer to make one of Armenian festive dishes. Dish is made of the stuffing which consists of meat, bulgur and vegetable.
How to cook stuffed half hemispheres
Put into the pot washed up and water free bulgur, meat, semolina, grate on it half of the onion, add dry nana, nana, pepper and about 0,5 cup of water and knead it well. Put vegetable into the received depth, cover with the felling of 0,5 sm of thickness and close the edges very well. Spread olive paper under the stove pan and add oil on it additional. Remove the stuff from the bowl into the paper carefully, scrape olive oil on the half balls. Put the stove beforehand heated stove under 1900 temperature and cook for 30-35 minutes.
