Meat stuffed squash is very tasty and useful. Everywhere it is made approximetly in the same way, but tastes may be different. The reason is the used spices and the differences of the terminal processes.
How to cook stuffed squash
Cut squash into 5-6 cylinders, dig the inside part and turn the kernel part into small pieces. Fry squash slightly and put on the stove pan. Fry the minces meat with 2 table spoon of olive oil until it becomes red, add the cut peaces of the squash kernel part and fry until the kernel part becomes half cooked, add boiled rice, add cut green onion, fry until onion softens, add small cut parsley, squashed tomato pulp, add cloves, salt and pepper, put on the lid and cook on the low volume fire for 5-6 minutes. Stuff the squash with that filling, add 0,5 cup of hot water, cover with foil and cook under 1800 temperature for 30 minutes. Add garlic on the matsun, dry bray dry nana, add salt and mix, serve on squash with sauce.
