How to cook lamb
Heat the oven to 180 °С. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Scrape the mixture on lamb. Grate garlic and scrape between bones. Heat vegetable oil, put the lamb (bones up) in the frying pan and fry. Take out the meat, put chopped tomato, lemon, cinnamon, clove and chili in the frying pan. Put the meat in the frying pan again, but this time bones down. Mix vine, a half cup water and tomato paste. Fill the mixture in the pan. Close the pan with tin and cook an hour. Chop the meat, don’t leave to get colder. Cook the soup until it becomes thick and fill on the meat. Decorate with lemon slices.
