Meat balls with beer sauce
It is known that almost all cuisines wine is used to give acid taste and smell to the food. Beer is also used with that purpose, mainly in Europe.
How to cook meat balls with beer sauce
Pour water on the white beer and leave it to soften. Cut one onion into small pieces, fry with one table spoon of olive oil, add small cut parsley, take off the fire and leave it to cool. Boil water into the pot, add salt, cook the rice. Mash the bread well, add on the minced meat, break an egg, cook fried onion, spice with salt and pepper, knead it well. Shape small balls from the mass with wet hands, fry with olive oil, remove on the plate. Cut one onion into small pieces, fry with 2 table spoon of olive oil until it becomes transparent, add flour, fry for 1 minute, take off the fire, add beer, mix it so as there be no balls, spice with salt, black pepper and nuts, put on the fire, let it to boil, remove the balls into the sauce, cook for 15 minutes. Serve on with water free rice.
