Remove the skin of bread, wet the core in the milk. Mince the meat, add squeezed bread, an egg, season and mix. Chop three boiled eggs and cucumber. Cut onion, fry in vegetable oil, and mix to egg and cucumber. Add chopped parsley. Pick up the meat, flatter with hands, put a tablespoon core in the middle and close. Fry the chops in every side for about 4-5 minutes. Lower the fire, close the lid and cook 10 minutes.
