How to cook vegetable trout
Divide the fish into two parts, fill salt, pepper and sprinkle in flour. Fry in vegetable oil each side for two minutes. Put tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skins and share. Fill salt and fry with shared garlic. Align the fish, chopped greens and tomatoes in line in the pan. Grate cheese and fill on tomato. Cook at 160-180 degree oven for about 15-20min. Serve decorating with green.
