How to cook hake in oven
Clean hake and chop into 2cm pieces. Also chop onion and parsley. You can take green onion. Grease the pan and put fish pieces. Add salt, pepper and generously fill greens. Take a lemon, share and squeeze the juice on the fish. Heat the oven to 200 C and put the fish in it. Cook half an hour. During that period you can fry vegetable for the fish. Fill the vegetable in the serving plate and put the fish on it. Decorate with lemon slices and greens.
