Clean fish, remove the bones and skin. Divide the fillet into the same pieces. Put the fish in greased pan. Fill salt and pepper to taste. Chop onion, garlic and fill on the fish. Spray little lemon juice. On the prepared fish fill cream and put 30-40min into heated oven. Don’t cover it unless appears peel. When the fish is nearly ready, fill grated cheese on it. Leave to redden.
