How to cook khachapuri
Add sugar, salt vinegar and soda into the kefir and mix. Add flour so as there appears not very solid dough and mix it. Make round dough, close with cup and leave it for half an hour. Then cut dough into four pieces, roll with rolling an into thin layers. Then make filling. Add salt into the curd, add grated cheese, squeezed garlic and mix it. Remove the kernel part on the dough and make xachapuris. Fry them with thin ground pan under medium volume fire for 7-10 minutes.
