How to cook breakfast with lavash
Grate the cheese, add curd, small cut parsley, squeeze the garlic, add salt and pepper and mix it all. Cut lavash into 4-6 foursquare pieces, anoint them with melted cheese, put on each piece the filling part, make it look like an envelope, put on the oiled stove pan, scrape on the surface a lot of mixed egg and put beforehand heated stove under 1800 temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Serve on immediately.
