Salad with mushroom and olive
Agarikon is the only mushroom which may be eaten in a raw way. You just need to marinate it into the mixture of olive oil and lemon juice and don't forget to add salt and pepper.
How to cook salad with mushroom and olive
Slice fresh, washed agarkion, put into the pot. Make marinade with 3 table spoon of olive oil and 1,5 table spoon of lemon juice, spice with salt and fresh roasted black pepper, pour on the mushroom slices, mix it and let it to marinade. Cut tomato, boiled eggs and pepper, tore lettuce leaves with hands, put into the pot, add water free olive oil, marinated mushroom, salt and pepper, mix it once more and serve on.
