Salad with asparagus and mushroom
Asparagus is seasonal vegetable. It is both useful and tasty. You should remember that it mustn't be cooked much.
How to cook salad with asparagus and mushroom
Remove the tough parts of the asparagus,carefully peel the down part of the stalk. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the pan, fry the mushroom cut into 4 parts under the high volume fire, until it is nice golden, add 2,5-3 sm cut asparagus, fry for 5 more minutes spice with salt and pepper and leave it to cool. Cut the onion into thin circles wahs up with cold water so as the the existing sand gets away and make waterfree. Clean the pepper, make thik clices add big cut lettuce, cold mushroom and asparagus. For making sauce mix together lemon juice and olive juice, spice with salt and pepper, add on the salad mix it and serve.
