Add 1-2 table spoon olive oil into the pan, add small cut garlic, put the eggplant slices, add marinated tomatoes with its juice, spice, put on the lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes, till eggplants are soft, then add small cut parsley, vinegar, feta cheese with not small pieces, put on the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Serve on immediately.
