How to cook salad with pumpkin and raisins
Peel the pumpkin, cut cubes with the size of 1,5sm x 1,5 sm, put into the pan, add small cut onion, chilli pepers, olive oil, coriander seed, add 100 ml water, put on the lid and stew for 10 minutes, then take off the lid and let the liquid to stew. Cook for more 7-8 minutes, add washed raisins or cut dried apricot, cut parsley, spice with balsamic vinegar, sugar, rosemary, salt and pepper, fry for 2 minutes, add on the serving plate sprinkle cut nuts on it.
