How to cook chinese salad with arishta
Put arishta into a big dish, add on it boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes. Heat peanut oil into a deep pot. Add onion, garlic and red pepper (chili), green pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze arishta, put on the vegetable, add cut mango, fry together for 2 minutes. Put on the served plate and decorate with nuts. Mix nut oil, coconut juice and tomato sauce, add on the salad. Serve on immediately.
