Salad with jelly
Today we are going to prepare a very interesting salad – jelly, into which we are going to use much vegetable, it is so nice that we think children would also eat it with pleasure.
How to cook salad with jelly
Add 50 ml water on dry jelly and leave it to swell. Cut beforehand boiled potato and carrot into cubes. Cut the ham with the same size. Peel the apple, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, sprinkle on it squeezed lemon juice. Put mayonnaise into the pot, add sour cream, mustard, spice with salt and pepper. Boil the broth a little, add jelly and mix it. As soon as the jelly solves, put that liquid part on the sauce and mix it. Spread food membrane on the sampler, put the half of the vegetable and meat stuffing, put solid boiled the whole peeled eggs, put the rest of the stuffing, make it even, put the sauce, cover with membrane and put into the fridge for a few hours. Take off the membrane while serving, decorate with red pepper slices and with parsley leaves.
