How to cook akhuatschapa. nettle with walnut
Boil washed and cleaned stalks of the nettle for 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze and remove the liquid part by pressing. Season nettle with ajika, add small cut onion and greens, add nuts as well. Put the cooked nettle on the plate and add nuts on it. With akhuatschapa green onion and garlic is served on separately.
