How to cook pickled garlic
Clean new mature bulb garlic, cut the grounds, wash with cold water. Then add into 3 liters glass jar add salt water, according to the preference one can add grainy black pepper and bay leaf and put it under the sun. Change the water every two days. After 40 days pour the water and add wine vinegar. Close the jar with lid and put it in a cool place. It may be kept for 2 years. If garlic dried a lot , it should be kept under the water for 2-3 hours and clean it only after that. Date for making it is from the middle of the July to the end of the august.
