How to cook strawberry conserve
Select strawberry, put each berry into the cognac or into the brandy then remove the ground of the berry. Put prepared strawberries on the dish, add sugar (half of the allocation) and put in a cold place. Make syrup form the rest of the sugar, take off the fire and add strawberries (with its juice), carefully shake the dish so as berries may be dip into the syrup and cook on the lowered fire. After cooking remove the foam. If the strawberry if too succulent then after keeping in a cold place for 5-6 hours strawberries should be put into the bowl, add the rest of sugar and cook.
