Fill large firm fruits into a bowl, add sugar on it. Leave it for 10-12 hours. Squeeze lemon juice, pour on the strawberries and mix. Boil fruits and juice cook for 5 minutes then take off the fire. Freeze it a little, squeeze the juice and cook for 40 minutes on the lowered fire. Fill the conserve into clean warm and dry jars, close, clamp in a turned over way and leave it to freeze.
