Dolma with grape leaves
On New Year table not depending on the fact that someone in the family keeps lent or not, it is adopted to make pasuts dolma. We’ll have time to prepare traditional dolma with pickled cabbage, today we offer to make dolma with grape leaves with the same stuff of cereals: beans, peas and wheat. For sure small details exist. Pour hot water on the lentils and put aside.
How to cook dolma with grape leaves
Put boiled water on the grape leaves and put aside. Cut onion into small pieces, fry with a little olive oil until it is golden. Beforehand mince boiled beans and peas. Spice with salt and pepper fried onion, take off the fire, add shattered dry leaves, water free lentils, grouts, minced beans and peas, spice with salty and pepper, cinnamon, odorous pepper, add raisins, 50 gram small cut prune add a little water, knead it well, then add approximately 3 tablespoon olive oil and mix.
