How to cook stuffed onions
Clean the onion, cook for 20 minutes and leave it to cool. Cook the rice in the salt water. Pestle the mushrooms, grate the carrot. Fry carrot and mushroom in the vegetable oil, mix the rice and spice. Cut the above part of the onion, remove the middle part and make pannikins. Put mushroom fillings on the pannikins with onion.
