How to cook lenten pancake
Add apunch of salt on the mineral water with gas, add 1 tea spoon sugar and 3 table spoon olive oil, mix it, add salt, mix it until the balls disappear. Fry the cut onion into the pan, add water free buckwheat, spice with salt and pepper, take off the fire and leave the stuffing to cool. Heat the pan, scrape the olive oil and bake ''pancakes''. Add cut parsley on the stuffing and mix it. Add stiffings on the ''pancakes'', whip and fry with olive oil then serve on with ajika.
