How to cook krchik
Cut onion into small pieces and fry with oil. Then add previously wet, washed, squeezed and cut sour cabbage. Put all this stuff into a deep boiler and stew by regularly pouring cold water. Then add tomato paste on the vegetable, mix and continue to stew. Clean potatoes, wash, cut and cook separately. Cook groats separately as well. Then add groats and potatoes, also the water in which you cooked them on the cabbage. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Serve krchik by adding red pepper and parsley on it.
