How to cook fasting chops
Wash, clean and cut carrot and cabbage. Put into the boiler, add cold water and boil. Add salt and a spoon of vegetable oil. Stew as long as the vegetable is soft. Add semolina, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Take off the boiler from the fire and leave it to cool. Give a shape of chops to this mass, roll into the rusk and fry with vegetable oil. It may be served both in spicy and in a sweet way.
